Synopsis:
Will (Joseph Wright) , Gauvin (Scott King) and Jon (Dan Chaney) have all retired from the police force. After the whole Viper tragedy, only Richie (Jonathan Fuller) has the wear with all to stay a cop. Gauvin has moved on and become a male stripper, and Jon leads a paranormal investigative team. But Will has it the worst. Pining over his wife (Holly Davis), and what Viper (James T Clement) did to her, he is all but drinking himself into oblivion. Joe Viper, on the other hand, has it even worse than that. Through a member of Jon’s team, Mark Montgomery (Julian Rojas), Viper begins plotting his revenge on Will, convinced that it is Will that holds the keys to the gate of his kingdom. At this point though, Viper has managed to get the attention of Hell itself, and Demons led by a powerful one know only as, Clown (James Donahue) are dispatched to find him. They however, can not read minds, and thusly, contact William Carpenter, ordering him to take them to Joe Viper. But Will has other problems as well. Viper finds a way to continue haunting Will, and Belladonna (Maria Kil) even gets in on the act, by tormenting Gauvin, who rejected her in Legacy at the bar. Meanwhile, Bob (Dean Clement) goes along with whatever Viper tells him, and the three of them raise some major hell as the bodies begin to hit the floor once again. Viper is unrelenting in his quest to be proven more evil than Satan himself, and be made the ruler of Hell. In the end, it all comes down to another fateful showdown with Bob, The Black Widow and Joe Viper himself, but this time, in the sewers. Viper will not be denied, Hell will be his, and in this movie, it certainly follows with him on his quest.
