Synopsis:
Police Sergeant, Jon Carpenter (Joey Hendrix) has been on the trail of a serial killer named Joe Viper (James T Clement) for three years now. Viper's crimes span the gambit, from petty theft, to rape and of course, murder. After the long, and grueling third year rolls around, the trail has gone cold. Then, six months later, a young skater (Jamie Dobbs) turns up dead. Cause of death is determined to be violent head trauma. Jon Carpenter receives a phone call from his partner, Larry Jones (Van butler) to inform him of the find. Upon arriving at the scene, Carpenter immediately recognizes the wound. No doubt about it, Viper has struck again. It is at this point that strange things begin happening to Carpenter. He begins seeing things, Viper, in various situations, but they make no sense to him. Reality shifts at this point, and Carpenter later learns that Viper is no longer even alive. But how can this be? Another one of the skaters, Mike (Chris McCowan) tells Carpenter the horrible truth. That Viper had been skating with them, and they discovered that he was stealing money from them when they where not looking. After another skater buddy of theirs confronted Viper, he of course, was killed. It was at this point that the other skaters who where left, cornered Viper and beat him to death, dumping his body in a sewer. Now, six months later, Viper has returned from the grave to seek his revenge on his assailants, and to haunt Jon Carpenter. It's not over until the fat lady dies, and Joe Viper hasn't killed her, yet.
