My name is James T Clement.  I was born in Selva North Carolina in 1973.  My parents, Mike and Sue are the most wonderful people I have ever known.  It was in 1986 when I first started my movie career.  My Dad brought home our families first VHS C camcorder.  I pretty much took total possession of this camera and began filming little stories such as Little Brother, which was a short starring some of my toys.  Later, I filmed The Escape from the Star Base where I expanded my cast into using my own family rather than toys.  After that, I moved out more, using mostly my friends in Commandos of the Realm.  As the years rolled on, I found myself getting progressively better and better. 

After my service in the US Army, I became a Director and Cameraman at a local television station and started my own video business, recording weddings.  During this period, I continued making my independent movies. 

While at that television station, I met a producer, Terry Arnold, and began working with him on professional gigs, which eventually led to a music video for the United Way which was sung by Bob Carlisle.  Also during this period, I ran the production department at another local television station and directed several shows.  Among them was the most popular show done out of the station, Saturday Night Sing.  This show pulled in consistently an estimated audience of 3000 + ever Saturday night, which is pretty good considering Saturday is typically not a good night for ratings, especially in a small market. 

In 2004, I was devastated by the death of my Father.  This event also sent my life in a radically different direction and I was able to pull many positives out of such a negative and horrible event.

In 2006, I enrolled in Film school and in 2007 I graduated with a bachelors degree of science in film.  I would have most likely never pursued this is my Father had not passed away.

Today, I am happily married to the most wonderful woman on Earth, Elizabeth.  I continue to pursue my film career and have moved into the arena of Music Videos again and Photography.
